Physiopack is a reusable gel pack to provide either hot or cold therapy. It can be used in the treatment of muscular, tendon or ligament injuries and swelling, muscle hyper tonicity and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as calming headaches, dental pains, menstrual cramps and stomach pain. The gel pack can be heated either in hot water or in the microwave and cooled in a freezer.
